All fine art prints are made to order based on the size you choose, which means they are custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping Information

All items are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. 

Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on the product:

  • Prints: Dispatched within 2–5 business days

  • Framed Art: Dispatched within 10–14 business days

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • Other Australian Capital Cities & Regional Areas: 7–14 business days
