The Magic of Marine Encounters
There’s a special kind of thrill that comes with spotting a whale from kilometres away using my drone—or encountering a turtle or manta ray while snorkelling or freediving in open water. I’ve travelled hundreds of kilometres and spent days on the road for the chance to swim with a whale shark or catch a glimpse of other incredible marine wildlife.
Photographing these moments—whether from above with a drone or beneath the surface using my underwater housing—brings me endless joy.
These creatures never fail to leave me in awe. Every encounter feels like a privilege: rare, humbling, and utterly unforgettable.
